Who We Are

Two perspectives. One purpose.

Precision Health Nexus, LLP was founded by a clinical nurse navigator and a community advocate. Both live with sickle cell disease. The firm exists because they kept finding the same failures from two directions at once.

Where it began

Jade Parker-Dinkins and Lena Harvey met as children at a sickle cell camp at Bradford Woods in Indiana. Jade was eight. Lena was fourteen.

They lost touch for two decades and reconnected at a sickle cell conference in 2018 — by then one had become a nurse and the other a patient advocate. Precision Health Nexus is what they built with what they learned on both sides of the chart.

Co-Founder · Principal Clinical Innovation Consultant

Jade Parker-Dinkins, BSN, RN, CRRN is a natural-born nurturer with exceptional attention to detail. A graduate of Kentucky State University, she is an exemplary nurse navigator with a specialty in acute rehabilitation.

A clinical researcher and systemic change agent, Jade works at the intersection of quality improvement, health equity, and lived experience. With more than a decade of clinical nursing expertise and over twenty years of patient advocacy, she transforms complex operational gaps into restorative, human-centered care models.

As both a registered nurse and a person living with sickle cell disease, Jade brings a rare dual perspective to healthcare design. Her practice and research focus on uncovering structural breakdowns, designing culturally responsive care strategies, and leading quality-improvement initiatives that elevate outcomes for people navigating chronic illness, disability, and complex psychosocial needs.

By combining qualitative research, mixed-methods analysis, and implementation science, she ensures patient voices directly shape institutional policies and clinical practices. Jade also founded ROJOrganics (River of Jordan Organics) after developing an organic solution to an unmet wellness need—turning personal insight into scalable impact.

Lena Harvey

Lena Harvey

Co-Founder · Principal Consultant, Community Development & Innovation

Lena Harvey is a wife, mother, and culinary chef whose first career in the kitchen shaped the discipline, care, and attention to craft she now brings to healthcare equity work.

A former pageant queen and fashion icon, Lena channels that same presence and poise into bringing people together across chronic-illness and rare-disease communities. Long before stepping into the boardroom as a founder, she poured her energy into becoming the mentor she once needed.

That drive has become the throughline of her work: she has launched initiatives that trained staff at community-based organizations, equipping them with skills that have helped them remain in their roles for nearly a decade. Today, Lena is widely recognized as a leading face of sickle cell advocacy in Indiana, known for bringing people from all walks of life together in service of awareness and connection.

Her expertise lies in helping people feel seen, comforted, and protected—a gift rooted in her own backbone and unshakeable courage to never give up. Lena is also the founder of Queen Warrior LLC, where she raises awareness of sickle cell disease through a faith-based lens, sharing her lived testimony, leading community outreach, and conducting survey-based research to better understand the needs of people who are marginalized and living with chronic illness.
