Healthcare Equity Consulting
We know how healthcare systems work. We also know what it feels like to navigate them as patients.
Precision Health Nexus, LLP is a healthcare equity consulting firm. Our founders are a clinical nurse navigator and a certified patient advocate, both of whom live with sickle cell disease. We work with health systems, public health agencies, and nonprofit organizations on the distance between how care is designed and how it is experienced.
Precision Health Nexus will attend the Fit to Lead Capacity Building Symposium. Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia August 18–20, 2026 Georgia International Convention Center, Atlanta.

Who We Work With
Three kinds of organization. One problem underneath.
Each of these buyers is measured differently and answers to a different authority. The engagement is scoped to that difference.
01
Health Systems
Equity embedded in operations, not stated in a mission statement.

The Founders
Two practitioners. Both sides of the chart.
Jade Parker-Dinkins and Lena Harvey met as children at a sickle cell camp in Indiana. They reconnected in 2018 — by then one had become a nurse and the other a patient advocate.

Our Approach
Trust, then equity, then innovation. In that order.
01
Trust
We start where credibility is built: with the communities your system has failed, and with the staff delivering care inside constraints they did not design.
02
Equity
Commitments become operational change only when they are measured. We build the measurement.
03
Innovation
We build what outlasts the engagement. Systems your team runs without us.
